We hope this email finds you and your family in good health. We are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our Commitment To Your Safety. All staff, patients, and visitors will need to wear face masks when entering the office. Upon arrival a surgical mask will be given ( if one does not have one), hands will be sanitized and temperature will be checked with an automated thermometer. These protective measures will continue to be enforced for the safety of all.

Please understand that social distancing will continue to be incorporated into our daily lives, therefore, we are limiting the number of patients in our waiting rooms and exam rooms and we will adhere to strict surface cleaning and sterilizing guidelines. We will stagger exams to give us the necessary time to fully disinfect instruments and surfaces between patients and continue to keep proper social distancing.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions. To make an appointment, please call our office

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back.

Sincerely,

The Eye See Optometry Team

Been coming to Dr. Jacobs since he opened in the area. Always remembers who I am - which for a big city like LA I find comforting. Always takes good care of me, even when I lost my health insurance for a bit. Good guy, is honest when you are picking out glasses (he'll tell ya if they don't look nice or when they look great!), never tries to upsell you. Good selection of higher end eye-wear and sunglasses.
